Current student in my last year of the degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources by the University of Valencia. I also studied a semester in Bari (Italy), at Università Degli Study di Bari, where I had the opportunity to learn a new culture and language for myself. I am passionate about the world of human resources, employer branding, staff selection and employee engagement. My experience in HR has consisted in helping the company to organize its staff according to their needs and objectives, in the most satisfactory way possible for all involved.The activities carried out in this department have been diverse, but its purpose has been to organize and maximize the performance of all the employees of the company thus improving its productivity.I consider myself a helpful and dreamy person. I emphasize my desire to excel as a basic value of growth and learning to achieve the objectives proposed both at work and in the personal space.
