I have 25 years of experience in real estate economics across a wide variety of firms, working with data providers, brokerage services, and investment managers to create and monetize research-oriented applications and products.I was previously the Managing Director and Head of Global Market Research at StepStone Real Estate, where I led the macroeconomic and private equity real estate performance outlook. I also built the bi-annual House Views process and related content. Other past roles include real estate product development and marketing for a data science start-up and research leadership at the National Council for Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries.I have published real estate performance research in Business Economics and co-authored a Real Estate Research Institute-funded paper.
