I currently focus on Lean, Agile, and the Product Operating Model as a consultant with LitheSpeed.From blending Design Thinking skills to facilitating cross-team working sessions, I create experiences that are well-organized and achieve learning objectives for diverse audiences. I love simplifying complex content and making every word count.My leadership style is thoughtful and heartfelt, with a desire to inspire teams to use their strengths to do their very best work every day. I am also pursuing a Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology at George Mason University.
