As owner and operator of the Non Dairy Confectionery, I design and craft all products, manage sales and finances, advertise on social media platforms, manage a blog, Facebook page, and Etsy shopfront, and handle all client inquiries and orders.

As a fellow at the National Institutes of Health, Center for Information Technology, Division of Computational Bioscience, I contributed to the Medical Image Processing and Visualization (MIPAV) team by editing pre-existing code to improve functionality of the program, and created an integrated bug report system to create a direct line of service between users and developers in order to aid in the enhancement of the usability of the MIPAV program.

As a keyholder at Laila Rowe, I was responsible for maintaining the shop, both with other employees and on my own. I aided customers, operated the register and computer system used for logging inventory, sent shop performance reports, organized and cleaned the storefront, and designed window displays.

As a summer student at the National Institutes of Health, Surgical Oncology Branch, I worked with post baccalaureate researchers and aided in the testing of T cells. I was responsible for growing strains of tumor and T2 cells for testing, and assisted in such procedures as western blots, RNA separation, and creation of growth medium.
