MY BACKGROUND:I’m a board level Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with 30 years’ experience, much of it gained in a strategic position within an independently owned professional services resourcing Group, working directly for the owners. I was part of a small Senior Management Team of RSG Plc, an extremely fast paced, high growth business – one in which we progressed from £30m turnover to £180m within a decade and then drove out of recession to achieve £220m turnover.MY SKILLS:My particular skills lie within the areas of People, Process and Strategy e.g.: strategy development, flow-down and implementation; process analysis; operational improvements; behavioural change; change management; team/personal/management coaching and development; talent attraction and retention; HR, marketing and communications. Having worked so closely with owners and directors of SMEs through periods of great change and, most importantly growth, I look at all activity with an innate commerciality and work throughout with the enduring aim of improving efficiency, reducing cost and increasing profit. I thrive on working in environments tackling change programmes, growth and progression and bring commerciality, logic, pragmatism and passion to any project.
