• Be a focal point for local and overseas clients for trademark registration in other countries outside Thailand.
• Provide a proposal for trademark registration overseas; complete necessary processes for the applications and registrations including coordinate with clients for instructions,required documents and other information.
• Follow through to ensure the completion of trademark registration processes, e.g. follow up with overseas attorneys for developments of works, updating the information of trademark in the internaldatabase, record all.
• Escalate significant issue in trademark registration to legal staffs and/or supervisor for resolution.
• Monitor all deadlines including the renewal due dates. Prepare reminder to the client via email and follow up with them for further instructions. Coordinate with overseas attorneys to ensure that allrenewal deadlines.
• Prepare a summary report of client’s trademark portfolio.
