* Led a team of content strategists, designers and QA specialists to design and build Wix’s core product (website templates).* Gathered and interpreted data about user behavior using both quantitative (BI, primary research) and qualitative (usability sessions, user interviews and surveys) methods and translated data into insights about template performance which informed future product roadmaps* Oversaw the research and brief writing process and was responsible for the accurate translation of the brief to both designers, marketing and product engineers. Responsible for user research and testing, UI, design standards and technical requirements for the core Wix product. Oversaw entire process from inception to production.* Conducted extensive research on new verticals, industry trends and the competitive landscape in order to shape the product roadmap and implement strategic innovation, gaining stakeholder buy-in along the way* Solved complex problems like onboarding and Wix’s ADI (“artificial design intelligence”), working with multi-disciplinary teams of product managers and developers, graphic and UX designers, and marketing managers * Mentored junior team members and implemented personal and professional growth projects
