Information Security Risk Analyst Avp
Current•Serve as a key contributor to the Charles River Development Information Security and Risk Team.•Contribute to fulfillment of Information Security and Risk client due diligence inquiries and client audits.•Support client audits through analysis, coordination of evidence and engagement with subject matter experts and audit team.•Fulfill client due diligence inquiries received through LegalWeb, Salesforce and direct email.•Support client due diligence inquiries with information security policies and standards including ISO.•Provide effective verbal, written and timely customer service to internal and external customers.•Support annual ISO audit through coordination of subject matter experts, evidence gathering, analysis and engagement with audit team. •Utilize MS Office suite in addition to internal tools including LegalWeb and Salesforce in fulfillment of client due diligence inquiries and client audits.•Maintain Customer Assessments Tracker for client due diligence questionnaires and audits. •Manage Risk Manager Mailbox inquiries. •Foster effective relationships with team members, relationship managers, Charles River Development teams, State Street teams, auditors and clients. •Complete Charles River University Training and State Street Learning courses as assigned.•Support management projects and initiatives as requested.
