I began my advertising career as an account executive and eventually found my way to the creative side as an advertising copywriter for John Deere. In partnership with a designer I created an award-winning ad campaign for a new line of tractor implements called Frontier. I also worked in the training department editing training materials and proofreading training materials. After my children were born I left John Deere and focused on building a cake decorating business, teaching group fitness, evaluating fitness instructors, PTA leadership, literacy tutoring and substitute teaching. In June of 2018 I obtained my real estate license. I am now licensed in both Illinois and Washington. I am currently the Marketing and Social Media Consultant for a top-producing real estate team in Chicago. I'm responsible for their social media content, property marketing materials and all external communications to clients via newsletters, postcards, letters, etc.
