This involves brand mapping, brand audits, competitor analysis, stakeholder interviews - all contributing to creating positioning for competitive advantage.I also love to design and deliver research that will make a difference. This involves e-surveys, face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, focus groups, and, working with others in Accompli, data analysis.Through facilitation I thrive on inspiring you and your team. This often involves facilitating problem-solving workshops, team meetings, away days, conferences, scenario-planning workshops and coaching sessions. I also regularly facilitate groups in the practice of mindfulness.I am a founding member of Accompli, back in 1995.
