I am passionate about helping families of wealth, wherever they are in their journey, ensure their family capital reaches its full potential for their family, their businesses and their communities. I founded Family Office Exchange (FOX) in 1989, when the industry was in its infancy, as the first membership organization bringing together family leaders and their trusted advisors. Since then, FOX has worked with thousands of multi-generational families from over 125 countries building peer connections and delivering resources and knowledge to empower their success. As a family advisor, I consult with enterprise families, sharing best practices and providing the needed foresight to prepare for the future. I also support the development of new learning programs for FOX and deliver educational programs at VU University in Amsterdam and the University of Chicago Booth School, where I’ve been an adjunct faculty member for their Private Wealth Management course for the past 17 years. As the industry evolves, growing in scope and complexity, I look forward to continuing to help families leverage opportunities and navigate challenges and I’ll continue to serve as an industry advocate for the importance of private enterprise in a global economy.
