I work closely with all levels (from End user to Director) of staff within the organisation, both directly within our team and from other departments, to identify potential areas of improvement to the benefit of the organisation from both a cost and effort perspective. I coordinate with a group of privileged SharePoint users who are spread throughout the organisation across various departments. I create and deliver training to end-users and act as additional level of help when required. Show less
