As the Director of Strategic Industry Engagement at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), I leverage my extensive experience and expertise in housing policy, legal compliance, and public policy to advance the interests and goals of the mortgage industry. I have been working in this industry for over ten years, and I am passionate about creating positive change and impact in the housing sector.Some of my key responsibilities and achievements include: coordinating and staffing the Servicing Executive Council, a group of senior executives from MBA member companies who provide strategic guidance and advocacy on servicing issues; leading and coordinating efforts on Ginnie Mae reform, a critical initiative to modernize and enhance the secondary market for government-backed loans; overseeing disaster recovery resources and flood insurance policy challenges, two areas that affect the resilience and sustainability of the mortgage industry and homeowners.
