Sometimes creative, intelligent, curious, life-cluttered people need help from a partner and professional to create holistic life order. They crave authentic, sustainable change in their systems, routines, and habits. But traditional, in-the-box organizing and productivity solutions are not always the best fit for them.These are the people I love working with.Since 2019 I have trained others to coach individuals with these challenges, and I recently stepped into the role of Owner and Director of Education for the ICF-accredited program Coach Approach Training Institute. From this position, my goal is to have a greater impact on the world of organizing, productivity, ADHD, and neurodiversity coaching. My clients experience challenges with ADHD or other neurodiversity that impacts their ability to create a life that fits them. They might not know help like mine exists until another professional in their lives shares this news. So, I frequently partner with and am referred by:❇ mental health professionals who are seeking solid, practical support for their clients;❇ other organizers and coaches who understand that their clients' brains require unique solutions;❇ friends, family, and colleagues who are hoping to relieve someone’s struggle;❇ meeting/conference planners who are seeking an experienced, engaging speaker; and❇ podcast hosts who are looking for a guest who can confidently riff with them on a variety of topics.I launched SkillSet Coaching (originally SkillSet Organizing) more than 10 years ago after careers in teaching, the arts, and legal services (all of which inform the work I do now). I’m on a lifelong journey to best serve my clients through developing my knowledge and skills. To support all that I do, I'm a Professional Certified Coach, a Certified Organizer Life Coach, a Certified Professional Organizer, and a certified interfaith Spiritual Director (because inner order impacts outer order). I love to write, teach, speak, and collaborate.
