Embracing change with a full heart and a curious mind I try to reinvent myself professionally, bringing new ideas to the workplace.Graduated in Psychology, I've worked as a Psychologist for 4 years, also giving seminars to teachers and children and collaborating in a research group.My passion for promoting personal growth through knowledge sharing led me to work in a training and consulting company, where I acted as an educational manager, while monitoring training and consulting projects.Passionate about people and communication and seeking this path, I then pursued a Digital and Marketing Strategy course whilst working in a startup marketing team, where I constantly looked for innovative tools and trends with the aim of reaching more people and improving the community culture in the workplace. Later, as a Communication Manager at Porto Design Factory, a Porto Polytechnic co-learning and co-creation platform, I became even more enthusiastic about the entrepreneurship and innovation world. I then became Communication & Community Manager at Reactor Innovation Hub, an initiative created by Porto Business School, Bright Pixel (Sonae IM) and Lionesa, focused on gathering the corporate world with the startup ecosystem, and then a Project Manager of Entrepreneurship Programs, at Center for Business Innovation - Porto Business School, where I designed and implemented programmes and events, activating the community around innovation and entrepreneurship topics.
