Designed, developed and implemented this non-profit on behalf of a Fortune 500 Corporation, that was an education portal for indoor air quality. The c-3 was responsibly merged into New Living as their education arm, thus eliminating the need for the non-profit.

Created and managed the Dynegy Foundation and the company's corporate giving strategyHighlights and accomplishments: Implemented the Dare to Care children's educational product line which sustained the corporate giving program. Through the production and leveraging of the Dare to Care books, toys, videos and accessories, the Foundation's 750K philanthropic investment translated to a 4.5 million dollar donation to community organizations during the company's toughest financial times.Dare to Care was recognized in numerous state and national publications for its content, creativity and vision.Created internal Philanthropic Societies for individuals to create their personal community giving plan. The Individual giving plans leveraged over 50 company employees engaged in Non-Profit Board activities as well as establishing financial long term giving portfolios.

In partnership with the Executive Staff and Board of Directors created an agency vision, strategy, and resource/marketing development program.Highlights and Accomplishments: Created and partnered with a strong Board of Directors to engage in appropriate aspects of agency visioning and staff/volunteer support.Agency budget of 1M (possible 800K deficit from sole source funder) grew to annual operating budget of 6M with 1M cash reserve.Created first HUD HIV related collaborative in a contentious environment amongst provider agencies. Collaborative was awarded 3M to create a long term housing initiative.Created numerous programs and partnerships that yielded National recognition as well as launched international standards of practice.Maintained a tenured and committed management staff for five years.
