PROMOTION: I was promoted to a Full Time Lead Teaching Artist at Urban Arts Partnership within the various arts integration programs at Urban Arts Partnership. As a Lead Educator, I supervise and train a team of educators, develop curriculum, and work with directors to expand arts integration programs. I specialize in storytelling and redesigned a program called, Story Studio, a visual arts and theater storytelling program for ESL learners. Working with classroom teachers, I develop a customized project-based learning curriculum using theater games, visual art, storytelling, multimedia, movement, and creative writing to empower their own multicultural voices while enhancing test prep, socio-emotional learning, and public speaking.
