Currently, I am “starting” my third career as a right-seat jet pilot (after over 10 years of aviation learning and observation). In my previous 20 years, I leveraged my marketing research experience to work with employees, customers, owners, and other stakeholders to find opportunity areas for improvement and then develop research studies, programs, policies, and procedures to implement positive change for organizations.Prior to that, I was an environmental scientist and consultant working in air and water quality. I also worked on the Space Shuttle Columbia Recovery Mission.
