I started an automobile manufacturing firm for the automobile spare parts in the name of “Saraswathy Enterprises”. This firm was an OEM supplier to the tier one automobile companies like Ashok Leyland, Tafe, Lucas TVS. Established the company in niche manufacturing area of Broaching in the Chennai region.I spent 8 years of my career as a Boiler and Conveyor Maintenance Engineer in 60 MW boilers at Ennore Thermal Power Plant, as Assistant Engineer, from 1995 till 2003 before venturing into the contact centre domain in 2003.Thereafter, the next stop in the entrepreneurial journey has been Pointel Solutions India, a full-services stratd with the set up in 2013 with 4 Employee’s . Over time, it has pretty much converted into about 150+ employees in three different locations, in Tamilnadu i.e in Tidel Park, Arumbakkam and Nellai.I strongly believe in engaging the right resource at the right time and at the right place with the right attitude makes the difficult task look so much easier.I have Master of Engineering, from Anna University, College of Engineering , Guindy (1992). My Bachelor of Technology is from Anna University , Madras University of Technology , Chennai (1990)
