I also act as a bridge between Key Account Managers (KAMs) and clients, facilitating price negotiations, setting margins for opportunities, and addressing product-related queries.I work closely with KAMs on upcoming opportunities, joining customer calls to provide detailed explanations, and assisting in closing deals. Leveraging my product expertise, I help upsell products and licenses to customers.With strong negotiation skills, I support KAMs by negotiating with both vendors and clients to secure the best prices.
