With over 16 years of international experience in the maritime industry, I am a seasoned sales and business development professional who helps shipowners and ship managers achieve successful business outcomes by streamlining their processes and cost saving methods. I currently work as a Regional Business Development Manager at OSM Thome, a leading provider of ship management and other maritime services.In my role, I leverage my strong client network across Asia and Europe, my expertise in pricing and contract negotiations, and my knowledge of international shipping to generate new business opportunities, retain existing accounts, and deliver value added services. I also enjoy leading and mentoring a team of sales and account managers and collaborating cross-functionally to develop new services and improve customer satisfaction. I am passionate about challenging the status quo, finding solutions for customers, and expanding business capabilities.
