Over the 10 years, I have been consulting and coaching managers and staff in implementing the best people management practice.I have a rich experience in developing and teaching positive communication methods and tactics, correct perspective on processes, insights and required approaches, creativity, vision, empathy and excellent interpersonal relationships. I am managing a private clinic and have been a group facilitator for a decade. I hold a Phd in Counseling from Bar Ilan University in which I explored the most comprehensive relationships theory of Bowen. I have lectured in the Professional Development unit in Bar-Ilan University and regularly support staff and managers finding new and empowering perspectives for challenges in the workplace and in personal life.
