Handling Operation and maintainance of multiple Solar Plant Apx 100Mw.Responsible for preventive and schedule maintainance on time.Responsible for all breakdown root cause analysis and preparing the report for same.

• Monitoring, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning work of Solar Power Plant With SCADA System.• Preparing Technical specification of Inverter, making technical comparison and negotiating with vendors.• Responsible for preparing Daily Progress report of all working activities on daily basis and preparing monthly progress report every month of work done during that period.• Working towards improving productivity index thereby resulting in quality improvement finding the root cause of rejection and analyze the problem & implement the solution.• Handling the Operation and Maintenance work with all type of maintenance.

• Monitoring, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning work of 21MWp Solar Power Plant • Project Planning and Monitoring and project execution of 21 MWp Solar Power Plant.• Responsible for Project Construction & Supervision during Project construction time.. • Inspection, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of suitable electrical equipments with safety measures.• Maintained strict quality control procedures and conducting regular inspection & testing of work and material.• Maintained records of daily progress of overall activities and attending Progress review meetings with our officials, Clint & Contractors for tracking project progress

• O & M Planning, Monitoring and execution of 5MWp Solar Power Plant.• Supervision of Project during Project construction time.• Resolving any unforeseen problems that may affect in generation and also in transmission Line.• Responsible for targets related to operating parameters like Grid availability, plant up time, timely preventative O&M, response time in case of fault etc.• Maintaining strict Health, Safety guidelines during maintenance. • Maintaining proper record of Generation and regular reporting.

• Supervision of Operation and Maintenance work of 5MWp Solar Power Plant With PLC/SCADA System.• O & M Planning, Monitoring and execution of 5MWp Solar Power Plant.• Supervision of Project during Project construction time.• Resolving any unforeseen problems that may affect in generation and also in transmission Line.• Responsible for targets related to operating parameters like Grid availability, plant up time, timely preventative O&M, response time in case of fault etc.• Maintaining strict Health, Safety guidelines during maintenance. • Maintaining proper record of Generation and regular reporting.

• Solar PV Module maintenance &related capacity calculation.• Maintenance and Fault rectification of transformer.• Fault rectification in Array Box and Solar Inverter Substation • Fault rectification in Transmission line and also in HV underground cable.• Maintenance of Wind Speed Sensor ,Rain Gauge ,Pyranometer and Temperature Sensor. • Preparation of progress report and knowledge of electrical drawing.• Site survey for Solar Power Generation area
