I am currently leading a team of structural engineers on multiple projects. The key responsibility area         Includes the following aspects·        Checking the completed projects for quality·        Interacting with the clients & understanding their scope of work·        Setting up goals for team·        Guiding the team·        Setting up activity based future agendas for both team & individual·        Developing & implementing strategy to improve team performance·        Ensuring clear communication is maintained in the team·        Taking up team member feedback &working towards solution·        Managing workflow in the team on day to day basis·        Developing reports to provide team progress to the company·        Making team members to make effective use of their training that were given
