As a Campaign manager my job responsibilities are, - Handling email marketing activities of the clients - Providing support to ESP software product - "Traction Digital &TractionNext" through which clients can perform Multi-Channel activities - Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Sending Surveys, Promotion activities, Conducting Competitions, etc.,). - Providing recommendations to the international clients on the following: To improve deliverability, performing A/ B testing, data segmentation, data cleanse, sending emails to the targeted customer base, assisting in minor html issue, providing best practices of email marketing, Data uploads, Scheduling various reports and data extraction, Social media integration, clarifying the difference between our delivery reports and Google analytics report, Sending out periodic campaigns updates to the client via screenshots and mid-campaign reports, etc., - Performed regression testing to our platform/product when a new release or update happens. - Email Campaign Management job is another important function. Creating campaigns (HTML & image assets will be provided by the clients) as per the brief provided by the clients - Sending out bulk Email & SMS campaigns (for leading clients such as Panasonic, Lion, JLR, LG, L’Oreal, Maybelline, Unilever, etc.,) - Escalating the queries to the development team whenever it is required and following up with them regularly until the issue gets resolved (Zendesk) - Providing training to the new support members and other team members as well on the software product - Calling our Account Managers (who are in Australia) via Skype and clarifying them on their urgent queries - Creating a pre-sales template of the prospects to assist our sales team which involves the researching the prospect's social media pages, ESP they are currently using, Competitions and Promotions activities that they are conducting - Account health check reports creation for our high-end clients which includes statistics of the email campaign performance (deliverability, clickthrough rates, open rates, data cleanse, subscribe/ list growth and unsubscribe rate); After analyzing the derived data, providing actionable recommendations or insights for the improvement of their customer baseSpecial Projects: Handled Multi-Channel campaigns for the globally recognized brands such as Panasonic, LG, Shell, L’Oreal, Maybelline, Unilever, Lion, Coca Cola Amatil, Foxtel, Lion, Cadbury, Canon, 3M, etc.
