• Integrating the new or carry over vehicle structures, Interiors, Steering Assembly, Pedals, Door, Seat and Restraint systems like Seat belt assembly (Retractor, D-ring, Buckle and Anchorage), Airbags (DAB, PAB, KAB, CAB, SAB), H3D (5ile, 50ile, 95ile and Thor) in the Madymo environment and checked for Validation and debug is done.• Initial runs are made for each Homologation load cases. Injury Biomechanics, Dummy Kinematics, Airbag deployments and femur tibia load targets are checked as 1st evaluation. In case of abnormalities changes are made.• From the initial test results the model is tuned to get expected test results. Main Parameters adjusted are firing strategies,1. Airbag TTF, position and stiffness for Head and Neck Injuries 2. Seat belt TTF and load limiters for Chest displacement and Acceleration. 3. Dashboard stiffness adjusted for Femur Tibia Loads.• The Simulation models are validated by correlating the Sled test performed for Homologation load cases.• To reach better performance targets, Design changes and optimizations are made in Airbags flat bag shapes. It helps in better coupling and reduce Injury results and better kinematics.• Static and Dynamic and Linear Impactor tests are done on Airbags and are checked for Volume output, deployment, skewing, bouncing and interaction with interiors.• Simulation models are validated in various performance loops and achieves Homologation targets. Results are reported for documentation.Detailed presentation and technical discussion is done.

Diamler India Commercial Vehicle Powertrain Modelling for Durability Analysis:1.1 Second order Tetra modeling of solid components like Axle, steering arm, knuckle, Tie rod arm, king pin and wheel hub with cover plate.1.2 Modeling is done for Durability analysis in Medina (permas) deck as per DICV standards. 1.3 FE modelling followed by maintaining good flow with zero quality errors thereby clearing intersection, penetration and assigning property, material definitions and numbering. 1.4 Detailed creation of welds as structured tetra mesh along with heat zones and orientation split. 1.5 Creation of sets, contacts, springs, pre tension in bolts, MPC, cord sys, Load definition, constrains and case definitions are done and updated in Medina. 1.6 Finalizing the delivery file with a checklist as customer preferred deck file format.1.7 Responsible for on time deliveries and follow strict deadlines.1.8 Responsible for updates to customers and manage queries through email communication.Rivian AutomotiveFull vehicle Nvh & Crash modeling:1.1 Project planning and estimation followed by assigning trackers. 1.2 Preliminary checks for geometry irregularities, intersections and Fe (mesh) carry overs. 1.3 FE modelling followed by maintaining good flow with zero quality errors thereby clearing intersection, penetration and assigning property, material definitions and numbering. 1.4 Defining connections (seam weld, spot, spr & bolt), adhesives (structural, windshield, roof) and modeling of (mechanism, bush, trim) for the entire vehicle. 1.5 List of Quality checks to be performed on the complete assembly after meshing and realizing all connections. 1.6 Finalizing the output file and delivering, followed by documentation.
