Took a deliberate break from full time corporate career to concentrate on my doctoral research thesis and attaining some personal fitness goals. With the guidance of my research advisory committee, I have identified a research problem and crafted a thesis research proposal on digital leadership. Also identified and prioritized AI use cases across IndiGo and created an AI roadmap for guiding AI initiatives. Led delivery of multiple business outcomes using traditional AI/ML and generative AI technologies.Provided executive leadership to Cloud/Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, and Digital Service Operations teams. Led the infrastructure transformation into a self-service model by driving concepts such as Infrastructure as a Service, Integration as a Service, DevOps as a Service, Network as a Service, etc. into the infrastructure operating model, mindset, and culture.
