Arranging interview of the selected candidate with the concerned person/client and taking feedback from the client regarding the interview. • Setting up time for Telephonic Tech-Screen from a competent person before submitting it to the Hiring Manager. • Remain in regular contact with the finalized candidate for the period till he/she joins the project. • Post interview follow-up till the requirement is filled up.• Creating database functional wise and constantly updating the existing database.• Full recruitment life cycle; including checking references, negotiating pay, issuing offer letters, performing background checks and completing paperwork for internal hiring.• Worked on all time zones from EST to PSTOther Geo's.• Working on the Australian and Canada requirements. Time management between US, Canada, and Australian requirements• Good Knowledge about Australian visa types (Citizen, PR, 482 Primary) and Canada visa types (Citizen , PR , Open work permit ,Student Visa and Close work permit)
