CDW allows me to do just that every single day.Mentoring is in my DNA and I believe strongly that success is found intrinsically rather than in job titles or family/life dynamics. My personal and professional transitions give me a foundation from which to thrive, be present and inspire others through the most demanding positions, trials, and timelines.My desire to give back extends outside of work. I volunteer at Junior Achievement, Women In Tech, local middle/high school engineering/robotics hackathons, and AnitaB.org, an organization that helps women seeking to enter or already in technology careers. My peers hear me speak at webinars, conferences, and meetups about strategizing software quality in their organizations.
