Was in charge of execution and resolving site issues at site. Handled the Plant and Machinery team across different sites in the country. Worked on the analysis and mobilisation work that was going on for a new Balance of Plant power project for OPGCL at Orissa.

A start up to help economically challenged students earn while they studied.The start up involved 26 students to complete AutoCad drafting work for a hospital that went on a floor plan extension.The start up failed to transform into an establishment as we did not know how to generate further orders. Operationally, we set a distinct robust model in place.

A particular model of truck from M/s. Ashok Leyland, was found to produce abnormal noise. It was found that the source of noise was the gear box, by the Pass by Noise test. The Gear Mesh Frequency (GMF) and the Gear Box noise, by way of Modal Analysis, were calculated and the problem was identified and well defined, to solve. The approach, followed by the company, to solve the problem was changed and the problem was solved theoretically and solutions were provided to the company to be implemented, to solve the problem practically.
