There are a few people who derive pleasure in taking a backseat. They enjoy pushing people to the front, coaching others to be their best, and facilitating their progress. They find their utmost satisfaction in doing it all day long for years.I have always been a person who relishes teaching others to be better at their role. As an educator too I have handled multiple roles at my institution where I pride myself in providing the right environment both in my classes as well as with my team of co-workers across multiple projects. I have worked on projects ranging from ed-tech software evaluation, conducting workshops, arranging seminars, and organizing celebrations to conducting team-building activities for fellow educators, apart from classroom management.Offering guidance and support to co-workers during stressful times and sharing knowledge using relevant, relatable stories are the God-gifted talents that give me my share of happiness and fulfilment.I have acted as a scrum master almost since my college days when I used to go out to my friends' rooms and teach whatever I had learnt. Getting certified as a scrum master has sharpened those skills and made them more shareable.I wish to help startups coordinate as a team and reach their goals hassle-free.
