I am passionate about creating positive impact through Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Ecosystem Development and Collaboration.I led the strategic planning and execution of transforming KIED as Centre of Excellence in Entrepreneurship Development. The focus was on Institutional strengthening, Collaboration, Organisational design, Recruitment, Capacity Building, Change Management along with re - branding the organisation. I introduced new programs, projects and initiatives for facilitators, students, existing and prospective entrepreneurs and created a profitable organisation.Earlier, I had served on the boards of Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board, Kerala State Productivity Council etc. I was a member of drafting committee of state industrial policy, innovation council of institutions, advisory committee member, KVK. I regularly speaks and interacts with youth and leaders at events and has chaired sessions in conferences.My domain experience are in Manufacturing, Infrastructure development and Tourism and in the functions of business development, project conceptualisation, structuring of PPP projects, advisory and execution. The experience in Government and private sector helps me to understand the perspective of each and develop collaborative solutions.My academic qualifications are MBA, PGDM and a degree in Mechanical Engineering. My areas of interest include innovation, collaboration, entrepreneurship, technology for society, business transformation and leadership. My professional experience helped in developing competence in the areas of strategy, business transformation, advisory and consulting, policy planning, formulation and execution.
