I am an intuitive, big picture thinker who excels at identifying data insights that support the creation of new products, product features, business models, and innovative website/application designs. I am both a generalist/wearer of many hats, and a specialist in six core competencies:- UX Research and Design- UX Strategy- New Product Creation- Marketing- Branding- Content creationAll of these competencies come into play when I approach a user experience/product design project. I call it "full cycle UX", because creating extraordinary experiences requires so many touch points from every division of an organization and also with the users/customers. My philosophy is that great companies and products are the result of great ideas whose time has come. Therefore, I pay a lot of attention to trends and monitor all aspects of culture so I can intuit the "zeitgeist" in many industries, where new ideas and new products are born. Timing and speed to market is always critical for the launch of ground breaking initiatives. I excel at bringing new ideas, products, and designs forward at the velocity required for success. My experience includes being a leader and member of many cross-disciplinary teams at Fortune 500 corporations. This experience supported my ability to work with people at every level of an organization, in every department, from technical, to marketing, to legal, to sales/support, to C-suite leadership. I have been successful in a variety of roles, from starting up and running my own companies, to supporting entrepreneurs/small businesses, to working for top organizations as a leader and groundbreaker for new business strategies, products, and designs. My passion lies in creating experiences that delight people and improve lives. Making people's lives better, even in small ways, like saving time, is always a win for the people who work at companies, the people who own stock in those companies, and the people who need or desire the services and products of any company. This is why I love the UX field so much. We are the front line of bridging gaps that can support greater prosperity and satisfaction in the lives of people. My career supports my thesis that user experiences that are driven by the users, in relationship to company goals and to stockholders, are ALWAYS successful!
