I joined OnPoint as the first founding engineer, led, built no-code ML platforms, and played a pivotal role in scaling the team to over 100 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. I successfully launched four B2B products in the industrial engineering space by developing a cloud-native IoT and ML analytics SaaS platform. Use cases include optimizing industrial heaters, burners, towers and energy monitoring and consumption.In addition to my technical contributions, I led software engineering, product, and program management functions, ensuring seamless integration across all areas. One of my significant responsibilities was serving as the engineering owner for our product co-development efforts with Amazon Web Services, where I facilitated strategic collaboration and tactical execution.

I successfully led the strategy and execution of migrating on-premises data ingestion systems in the Research Department to the cloud. These mission-critical systems are essential for generating insights, as they aggregate worldwide data daily for researchers and algorithms. The migration of multiple systems was completed in a short timeframe and without incidents, thanks to close collaboration with hedge fund researchers throughout the process.

I led the development and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Software Systems (MES) aligned with industry standards like ISA 95 for numerous industrial plants worldwide. My role involved integrating diverse systems, including DCS, SCADA, PLCs, historians, and ERP systems.I architected and integrated over 25 MES systems across a heterogeneous tech stack using message bus system, ensuring seamless connectivity with global ERP solutions, specifically SAP. Additionally, I delivered multiple B2B and B2C sales and marketing websites for various INVISTA brands, enhancing digital presence and operational efficiency.

As Tech Lead for a telecommunications start-up specializing in in-building wireless networks, I spearheaded the core RF Network team. I designed RF network services, modeled various RF components, and implemented advanced RF signal propagation models. Additionally, I developed vector and 3D visualizations to enhance system understanding and performance analysis.In my role, I collaborated closely with the sales team, delivering technical demonstrations to leads and customers. I also served as a partner engineer, facilitating successful on-site implementations, with the largest deployment being at the Singapore Mission Bay Resort. This project exemplified our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable wireless solutions in complex environments.
