Planning manager for the Ellevio Smart Meter Rollout program. In short, I am responsible for our planning team and all work orders in a project to exchange over 800 000 meters for Ellevio all over Sweden. The project has a matrix structure and my responsibility is to optimize lateral, operational workflows by creating smart and efficient horizontal support structures.Team leader - for operational planningI lead our centralized planning office which I built from scratch. I have recruited and trained 4 production planners and we work closely with each field office. We deliver key performance indexes and analyze performance in the field to ensure a safe and cost effective rollout. I have developed planning processes which allows our relatively small team to plan around 8 000 work orders per week to 100 technicians. Planning manager - overall strategic planningI am responsible for the overall rollout plan. I ensure all milestones are met and create recommendations for recruitment and resource planning. I make strategic plans to deliver a satisfactory project to all stakeholders, maximize profit and ensure a good customer experience. I also oversee the logistics planning for all deliveries from our french partner to our central and regional stocks. System development - Work order managerI oversee our work order management system, working closely with our system provider, IT-partner and integration team. Each day, over 100 users are working in the system and I oversee system development to improve experience and efficiency. I am responsible for making sure over 800 000 work orders are managed in the system correctly. I aim to improve the experience for the thousands of end customers we reach every week. I conduct end-to-end tests and oversee IT-incidents. I oversee all costs for system maintenance, development and hosting and make extensive cost- and benefit analysis regarding change requests.

The program is developed together with eight large Swedish industries with whom I got the chance to exchange ideas about the future of industry leadership. Ragn-Sells AB is a leading actor in recycling and resource management, a key player in a circular economy. As a summer trainee, I was assigned a project to work on independently throughout the summer. My task was to developing a model for environmental assessment. My accomplishments include an Excel based model based on life cycle assessment methodology. In a resource efficient way, it can assess the environmental benefit of introducing recycled materials in different production methods and is considered valuable for the entire recycling industry.

Sustainergies Academy is a case based sustainability program divided up in three half days throughout one semester. In the form of work shops, we collaborated with Sweco and Kålmorden and presented solutions for real sustainability issues.

LinTek Corporate Relations is the group responsible for the connection between the industry and The Union of Technology and Science Students at Linköping University. 12 students work together to offer corporate events for engineering students at the university. The largest of these events is the Climate Week for which I was appointed Project Manager. The event, lasting for a week, is a collection of industry and commerce events relating to sustainability.My responsibilities included:- Leading a group of 12 students- Overall planning of the group work- Communication inside and outside of the project group- Economic planning of the event which includes around 60 000 SEK. - Scheduling and time management of all happenings during the eventWe achieved successful events with good economic results and responses from participants. This experience developed my leadership and project management skills. My communication abilities, as it is the key to a successful project, was of course also developed. After this experience, I'm a lot more comfortable in a leading and public role.

Teaching assistant at the department of mathematics in Linear Algebra with geometry which is a basic mathematic course which reoccurs thought most engineering subjects. I thought a group of student of around 20 students, working a total of approximately six hours per week.My responsibilities included preparing and leading two hours of classes each week. I developed my ability to communicate problem solving methods and finding new ways to explain and solve complex problems. I also gained confidence in teaching and public speaking.

COOP has a central warehouse were all dry goods are stored and managed. Hundreds of warehouse employees work on assembling orders to be shipped all over the country. I worked full time for ten weeks with driving fork lift and assembling orders. All goods are moved and packed manually, making the job physically challenging. I was responsible for receiving an order, assembling and packing the order and delivering this to the loading docks meanwhile ensuring my performance corresponds to the expected level. Ensuring quality of the goods and good packing of orders along with a high time pressure makes the job challenging. I developed my ability to work independently and to a high performance without involvement of management.

Vardaga is one of the leading private actors in health care and nursing homes in Sweden. In their homes for people affected by different forms of dementia, employees have a high freedom in adjusting the daily routines to the needs of the customers. I worked on two different homes, one for younger individuals with dementia. My responsibilities included:- Contact with families of customers- Daily care of customers- Providing medicin to customers- Providing hot meals and snacksThis experience was very useful for developing social skills, learning to communicate with different individuals and understanding their own needs. As I worked independently with important tasks, it was useful in developing the ability to focus during stressful conditions.
