    I have launched the first Making Cosmetics Italy in 2013 in partnership with Step Exhibitions. Now at its eigth year, the event has been growing at at rate of over 30% annum. Welcomed with great enthusiasm by all companies and partners involved, this event seems to fulfill a gap in the market and meets the demand of all professionals serious about cosmetics technologies with interests to meet once per year in Milano to discuss scientific progress, formulation techniques and manufacturing developments.Making Cosmetics only objective is of promoting cosmetic science, listening and delivering according to the professional voices and desires of those working in it. Current role:All aspects of organising and delivering the event, managing content, partners and associations. Selling of stands spaces and sponsorship opportunities. Managing the floor plan, organising the content and features. My role also involves negotiating with the venue and contractors, to recruiting exhibitors, sponsors, visitors and speakers.Past roles:Hpci India congress - responsible in renewing existing accounts, recruiting new exhibitors, maximising the sales of exhibition space providing companies’ assistance in promoting their ingredients technologies.
