Particular attention to data oriented initiatives (data warehousing, data analytics and reporting solutions, data architecture) for organisations such as Origin Energy, Telstra, and Federal Government departments.At Telstra, was the leader of a team of 5 data architects responsible for formulating data governance, data quality solutions, data migration outcomes and data architecture models for a large (> $150m) B2B software program, working directly with business stakeholders up to General Manager level. The role encompassed developing strategies and business cases for improving data warehousing and business intelligence, data quality management, data security, master data management and data architecture.At Origin Energy, led a team of technical consultants reviewing technology options for implementing a real-time marketing customer data hub using Adobe and Tealium technologies.At National Disability Insurance Agency (government), led a team of data analysts and consultants performing a strategic review of a Teradata data warehouse project.At Telstra, led a team of data analysts and reporting developers, accountable for the development of reporting and analytics solutions for a large (several $100m) B2B digitisation program. Developed a roadmap of reporting features for the business that allowed for measuring and calibrating business performance. This led to the successful inclusion of these features into the digitisation program. Also designed and developed a real-time streaming data pipeline into the data lake using Kafka, Apache Spark and Cloudera technologies.Led a team of data analysts responsible for enterprise data modeling in Telstra's B2B digitisation program.Currently developing strategic solutions (roadmaps, architectural options, functional models) for a large network transformation program in Telstra.
