Area Manager-Collections – Harita Receivables and Collection Services LLP (A TVS Group Company) (Period: June 2018 –May 2024 Till date) Handling Nationalised bankers & Pvt Bankers NPA Recovery and Repo activities and till Auction. Presently I taking care of Coimbatore & Salem also nearby all spoke locations like, Pollachi, Udumelpet, Tiruppur , Erode, Namakkal, Tiruchengode, Rasipuram, Dharmapuri ,Krishnagiri & Housr. Size of team is 10-Territory Manager 50+ Field Collection executives+1 +1 (Backend & Tele caller). We had centrally empanelled most of nationalized bankers like ANDHRA, BOI, BOB,CORP,CANARA,CIUB,IB,IOB,KB,KVBPNB, SBI, SYNDICATE, UCO, UNION & AXIS, IDBI, SFL, TOYOTO, DAIMLER etc… Based on that we have maintained relationship with local RO/ZO/CO and get NPA allocation from them and will do the recovery/seizure and monthly will generate Avg Income of 15 Lacs. Apart from PSU & Pvt Bankers , handling Other NBFC Clients like SFL/FORD/Cater Pillar/HDB/FULLERTON/ EDUVANZ etc Also handling ICICI Bank Rural & Retail Portfolio also HDFC Bank-PL/BL and DBS Bank-CC/OD accounts/LAP/MORTG Monthly we have handled more than 12000 allocations (both Flow & Recovery) with value of around 120 Cr and monthly will do 7-10 Cr Collection on that. Across Coimbatore & Salem and apart from STD/NPA/WO collection, will do minimum 20-25 vehicles in Seizure. Last 3 years got the “E” Rating and also got the Best Performer Award.

Responsible for the entire delinquent portfolio which reflects on the business and to maintain the allowed delinquency Level and maintain to have clean books to increase the book size Handling CE, SME & MORTG (HL & LAP) all buckets. For SME Cases ,will process through ARBITRATION will send LRN on 91 DPD post 15 days will send Invocation Notice after 10 days will send 1st Notice from Arbitrator, then 2nd notice send on after 15 days then 3rd notice will send after 15 days for Final appearance, if missed that after 10 days award has passed after that post 90 days will filling EP, also will take possession for that asset through Sec-09 order through Arbitrator. I am handled end to end SARFAESI process like will send SARFAESI awareness notice on 61 DPD then will sendLRN/13(2) on 91 DPD and post 60 days will do the SYMBOLIC POSSESSION-13(4) Notice has pasted in property and parallel will do the paper publication with in 2days (both leading Tamil & English edition), then post 7 days will file Sec-14 petition @ DM-Court and after getting order will take the PHYSICAL POSSESSION, finally post 30 days will do the AUCTION and identify the buyer than sale the property. I am taking care of u/s 138 cheque bounce cases for NPA both EMI Cheque/SPDC based on that will get bailable Warrant / Non bailable warrant for case by case. Preparing the daily MIS & personally visit the delq customers at his factory or Resi on regular basis. Uploading Trails feedback in system and maintain Audit records like Receipt book register, repo kit. Etc. Handling In house team & agency and review their performance on weekly and monthly basis. Control the delq ration from Bkt X onwards & NPA Control (Co-ordinate with Sales & Credit Team) Recruiting Collection/Repo Agency & Advocate (Legal) Last one year, i have achieved Star Performer Award for 2 times. In that Collection Auditing last two times i got “A” Rating

Responsible for the entire delinquent portfolio which reflects on the business and to maintain the allowed delinquency Level and maintain to have clean books to increase the book size Managing the team with 1 Collection Officers (Mortgage) & 3 Agencies ( 20 No’s) Handled entire Collections for four Products (PL, (Salaried & Self-Employed) TW, Used Car & Mortgage for all the buckets up to 120 DPD. Review of performance of Agency & Collection officers, giving training and development their needs in collections. Coordinating with Sales officers, Credit officers and providing the necessary feedbacks to Credit /operations forminimizing the delinquency level.(like Non Starter ) Regular field calls with the collection officers, tele calling, Skip Tracing & Cracking the escalation cases.An increase Penal collection, in this location average collection is more than Rs.300/- per accounts in Fresh bounce cases. Responsible for empanelment of new agency, advocates and outsourcing staff and administering functions to deliver the performance. Analysing the delinquent portfolio case by case & identifying the NPA accounts and initiating the legal recovery process like, Sec-138 executions for maximum recovery in adherence to company policies and process & Executing warrantagainst the NPA Customers. Preparing the daily MIS, Executive MIS & Payment Tracker, Maintains the manual registers & Cash Registers, Receipt book reviews, System updating, maintaining the Customer data base and delivering Customer services regarding the product that is provided to them. Analysing previous months MIS & reduce the delq ration. Handled customer related queries & resolved their issues, NOC issuance, Cheque swapping, Account Foreclosure.Achievements:  “Risk Control Review “Audit Rating “A” Grade for all the years. The entire Receipt Book Auditing “A” Grade from May 08 to Aug 13. Out of 5 years, I got promotion for 4 years.
