Key Responsibilities:1) Regular performance monitoring, release of monthly performance report and providing recommendations for improvement of PSA / TSA systems at HPCL refineries. 2) Provide round the clock site support during adsorbent replacement in HPCL PSA and TSA units3) Carry out PSA process calculations, cycle sequence, PFD, P&ID and BDEP development (vessel sizing, valve selection & sizing, line sizing, etc.)4) Participate in HAZOP meetings, review of various documents… Show more Key Responsibilities:1) Regular performance monitoring, release of monthly performance report and providing recommendations for improvement of PSA / TSA systems at HPCL refineries. 2) Provide round the clock site support during adsorbent replacement in HPCL PSA and TSA units3) Carry out PSA process calculations, cycle sequence, PFD, P&ID and BDEP development (vessel sizing, valve selection & sizing, line sizing, etc.)4) Participate in HAZOP meetings, review of various documents like PLC system configurations, Bill Of Material (BOM), etc.5) Develop Aspen Adsorption models for different PSA systems. 6) Preparation and submission of techno-commercial offers for various inquiries received for adsorbent replacement or setting up of new PSA systems from other companies7) Develop technical specifications and procure various adsorbents, valves, etc.8) Adsorbent characteristics testing like sorption capacity, surface area & pore volume, crushing strength, attrition loss, bulk density, etc.9) Participate and present literature / patents on PSA technology, gas & liquid adsorption, etc. in literature review meetings10) PSA pilot plant operations and optimisation of process conditions Show less
