Total no of year experience 10 years (Quality Control Inspection for Fabrication & Erection) &(Vendor Expediting & Quality Inspection).Preparation of WPS. Material verification, Destructive, Non-destructive and corrosion tests on materials. Review design and shop drawing, all Erection procedures, Controlling all welding relatedactivities as per Quality standards. Ensuring Quality document is maintained. Monitoring all types of process documentation required for Erection. Controlling the Quality Products. Checking the inspection as per drawing. Checking of consumables used in welding to ensure compliance with specification. Coordinating with Third party inspection in welding process and Mechanical testing and NDTactivities as per Standards. Witnessing the inspection of Ultrasonic, Magnetic particle, Penetrant Testing. Checking and preparation of the Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Quality Record (QR inaccordance with, ASME Sections and to fulfill the requirements of Client Job Specifications. Interpretation and evaluation of Radiographed weld joints. Fabrication & Erection of Structure & Equipment’s. Pre-commissioning of rotary equipment’s. Preparing of commissioning related documents.  Spares handing over. Preparing of commissioning related documents. Preparing bill. To carry out the documentation part for all the Inspection with the results.
