• CTC (Salary) Discussion and Negotiation with the candidates.• Telephonic interview with the short-listed candidates for various posts sourced through Naukri.com.• Ramco HR online systems- Profile creation and management of the selected candidates.• Basic Interview and Academic verification with the Walk-in candidates.• On-Boarding process and Document verification of newly joined candidates• HR Document management – Filing of all the documents, storing and managing it.

As a social work trainee, I worked with the Global Concerns India- Non Governmental Organisation in their Flagship project called as the ‘Schooling Project’. I was performing various home visits, schoolvisits in order to identify the deserving students to avail the benefits. I gained various experiences like interviewing the students, developing interpersonal communication with the individuals and knowledge in documenting the information and data's.I participated in the 'Financial Literacy Program' conducted by the HDFC as part of their CSR project in the Slum communities of LR Nagar, Bangalore.
