He is not only a great developer but also a kind person and a true leader. Even though his role was only iOS development and he could easily just stick to that, day in and day out he choose to do more. He went above and beyond every day, not only with his tasks (that he solved fast and seemingly effortless) but also with tasks of his peers. He constantly helped his colleagues (sometimes maybe even too much ;) ) but kept that to him self and always presenting it as a team effort. Saro often acted as a tech lead in the team providing clarifications to the rest of the team and ( I can not stress this enough) was extremely proactive and communicative. There was no internal meeting without him asking a least a few questions and providing comments and useful suggestions to the team, which was always helpful and usually followed by a joke or a kind word for his fellow team member. He showed initiative and took matter into his hands when needed, without being pushy. Last but not least Saro showed (once again) his true character and hardworking personality when he gave his resignation. During his entire resignation period he held the highest standard for his work and kept motivating the team to provide the best solution even though he knew that in his last days in the company not much is expected. All the way to (and including!) his last day, he kept on grinding, working hard, asking questions, delegating work and fixing bugs until the very last moment, therefore providing us with best possible solutions until the very end. For this I am truly grateful as not only it was very helpful but also it is a rare sight to witness when someone is leaving the company. Saravanakumar made such a huge impact on the team and I feel genuine sorry for having him leave. Therefore, I wholeheartedly recommend Saravanakumar for any role, whether it is managing people or delivering code, I know he'll go above and beyond for any project that's lucky enough to have him."
