Roles & ResponsibilitiesLed the project team to timely and affordably complete 115/13.8 KV substation and 115 KV cable laying projects.Formulate and implement project management strategy to ensure alignment with company strategy and monitor progress.Manage the day-to-day operations of projects and serve as a leader for the assigned Site Managers, Project Engineers and Supervisors.Ensure that the project team is contractually aware of their roles and scope and meet the objectives within deadlines.Manage the project tracking with determined and actual progress and ensure consistency with a budget and projected completion dates.Assist clients in developing comprehensive plans for projects, including crucial milestones and deliverables, and providing any required project reports.Coordination and oversight of tasks related to the laying out, connecting, and testing of fiber optic cables.Responsible for all day-to-day project management decisions, including resource and skill requirements, implementation of project controls, and recommendations on changes to specifications.Following the completion of the work and confirmation that it complied with the client's requirements, make sure that all final procurement, financial, and performance reporting are completed.PROJECTS Ongoing SEC Project:Turnkey contract for Design, Construction, Testing & commissioning of 115/13.8 KV ROSHEN Primary Power substation and Design, Construction, Testing & commissioning of 115 KV Undeground cable circuits (30 Kms) for connecting from AL-OMRAN 380/115 KV BSP and IDWAH 115/13.8 KV Substation for Power supply to ROSHEN Housing Project (PHASE-1) in AL-HASSA Area.

# Responsible for completing all activities related to EHV, HV, MV, and LV Underground Cable Laying Contracts for Kahramaa projects.# EHV, MV, LV Underground Cabling for China Harbor Engineering Company Ltd. for a length 150 KMS of value USD 45 Million.# 132 kV Underground Cabling for LS Cable Ltd. for a length of 20.5 KMS of value USD 15 Million.220 / 132 /66 kV Underground Cabling for National Contracting Company Ltd. for a length of 35 KMS of value USD 18 Million.# HV & LV Power Supply Arrangement through Kahramaa Approved Scheme to various consumers, of an annual turnover of 10 million USD.# 220/132/ 66/11 kV Underground Cable Laying and all allied Civil Activities including Horizontal Directional Drilling at Road crossings. - 160 KMs.# Underground Fiber Optic Cable Laying and associated Civil activities – 220 KMs. 11 kV Substation – Civil and electrical works for SS, erection of panels.

# Reviewed the designs for the Receiving Station, Switching Station, Substation, Feeder Pillars, etc., for a metropolis covering 10,000 acres and conducted a feasibility report.# Design, Plan & Installation of Power Generation &/or Distribution Systems.# Estimation of Electrical Power Requirements of the Project vs Electrical Power Availability from the State Electricity Board Design, Planning, and Installation of Power Generation and/or Distribution Systems.# Installation and commissioning of construction-related equipment, including Concrete Batching Plant, Aggregate Crushing Plant, Overhead Cranes, Launching Girders, Electrical Winch, DG Sets, etc.# Operation & Maintenance of all above mentioned Equipment.# Planning & Procurement of Necessary Materials & Inventory Management, Estimation of Manpower Requirements and Deployment.
