Simulation Engineer• Design validation of Transmission system like Dual mass flywheel, Wet dual clutch, Dry dual clutch & Centrifugal pendulum (torsional vibration filtration) • Optimize the transmission parts based on structural durability and on NVH criteria• Established procedures for Non-standard activities (Wet dual clutch)• Validation of Curved spring dual mass flywheel for burst test, over torque test, modal analysis & axial bending . Results comparison with physical test.• New simulation process developed for Dual wet clutch components like Outer clutch carrier, Balance piston & reaction plate (Passenger car & truck applications).• Parametric modeling of cushion disc in CATIA and validate the cushion disc load variation & stress using ANSYS workbench.• Thermal- structural analysis of Pressure plate to calculate the deformation & stress.• Component-level validation of Clutch slave cylinder (CSC) to improve the design.
