Assistant Manager logistics

• Order Receiving by Sales Team and Processing the Orders through SAP • Coordinating with Plant to get the availability of materials as per orders. • Monitoring Primary Vehicle movement from various Plants.• Booking the Rail Shipments and following the consignment until reaches to end Customer.• Handling the Local and Upcountry Dispatches.• Physical Stock verification monthly and Cycle count on Daily Basis.• Arranging the sample materials to Customers as per ASA approved by Marketing Team and the same regularized in SAP.• Route Planning as per orders and distributors.• Preparing various MIS reports and escalating to Higher Management.• Maintain the OTIF and work hard to achieve 100% OTIF.• Clearing the vendor payments • Negotiating with Transporters for Transport price• Allocating the materials as per Production forecasting• Sales forecasting for Production for Smooth operation.• Preparing route planning and allocation the vehicle as per Orders.• Planning the shipments as per Sales Forecast
