During PLM cycle ensure all necessary changes in the parts , facility and process .4. Communicate all the stockholders involved in the changes and ensure PLM change summary and effect in and effect out data's.5. Ensure PLM change requirement with required fund from project management team.6. Quality related issues needs to be addressed with Level 1 and Level 2 deep drive study .

Process Controls like SPC , Visual Checks , Data Oriented Checks are mapped in process and process into validation.7. Operation Efficiency improvement plan through operator skill improvement , Layout modification .8. Stack holders communication and communication feedback to addressed in team.9 . Operational cost reduction plan for scrap and non-product material usage.
