Gather project team members and brief their roles and responsibilities and make sure they do it.2. Plan schedule for works and allocate resources.3. Responsible in managing all submission documents for authority clearances4. Responsible for preparation of monthly claims and submit to consultants/clients for approval.5. Analysis and control the direct and indirect cost that impacts the project flow.6. Review all critical paths in every month and focus to clear it.7. Responsible for overall site progress to complete in time and planning schedule of works.

1. Project : Proposed DN2200mm Pipeline project 2. Client : Public Utilities Board (PUB)3. Location: PIE/Rifle Range Road to Tanglin Halt Road Activities Involved:1. Experienced in Open cut pipe laying DN 2200mm by using SBH shoring system to the maximum depth of 6.2m (Mild Steel pipe with cement lining cover with external bitumen coating comes with spigot and socket end)2. Experienced in Shaft construction of 4 nos of Shaft with maximum depth of 20 m and up to a maximum diameter of 10.5 m ID using cast in situ and sinking caisson wall methods.3. Experienced in supervision of pipe jacking works DN 2200mm by using MTS and RASA machine. (Reinforced concrete composite pipe comes with cement cladding)4. Responsible for application of NCEs for relevant authorities like SPPG Cable, SPPG Gas, SP Telecom.5. Responsible for application of “BEFORE U DIG” application to get plan and NCEs for Star Hub, SingTel, M1, Blue Tel etc. and engage them if the cable run in site premises.6. Responsible for preparation necessary documents for Undercrossing MRT and Road Bridges, and liaise with LTA DBC Rail and LTA RARL7. Responsible for authority clearances such as PUB WRN in case of sewer pipe undercrossing, PUB C&W, URA, SLA in case of public drains or heritage drains under crossings.8. Responsible for preparation of documents such as RFI and Key plan for monthly claims and liaise with PM for additional supporting documents.9. Responsible for preparation of site report and submit to clients/consultants on daily basis.10. Experience in laying pipe fittings (Ductile iron and cast-iron pipe) and pipe specials (ring flange, blank flange, Tee etc..)
