Roles and Responsibilities:Assistant all departments to handle the ESH related issues.Executing routine ESH operations, protecting worker rights, minimizing health and safety hazards at workplace.Submitting periodic HSE reports to HQ and customer.HSE reports preparation for Sustainability report (ESG) Executing improvements in response to the requirements from the external parties such as government, customer and suppliers.Preparing safety work schedule for the year, performing and follow up. Performing HIRA for all the operation, implementing control measures for safe working.Developing the SOP of every operation / process and train the workers.Designing / Modifying workplace, process, equipment and other systems.Train the workers to enhance work place safety, evaluate them and continue the same for sustainability.Ensure all the legal requirements are compiled like PV test, employee medical test, competent certificate.Taking surveys on every particular risk and performing mitigation action.Conducting the Safety Committee meeting and planning the rectification of the safety concerns discussed in the meeting.Investigate & Report all the Accidents and occupational diseases along with the root causes and provide the action plan to avoid the same.To carry out detailed self-assessment on SLCP and FEM, to adhere 100% Statutory and COC Compliances.

Worked as a Safety trainee for the period of one months and carried out HAZOP study in LPG Liquid off take system.
