Worked as desk engineer of 875 TPH P.F. Boiler (BHEL) and 250 MW BHEL Steam Turbine with its all auxiliary using MAX DNA DCS control system.2. Close vigilance on scheduled demand & UI.3. Issue permits for Maintanance work of the equipments.4. Ensuring proper utilization of resources such as water, auxiliary power and LDO & HFO oil, Air and Coal, etc.5. Co-ordination with maintenance departments for maximum availability of the equipmints.6. Coordinate to the site in charges of various areas such as Boiler, Turbine, Ash plant, D.M. plant etc.7. To take quick decision during plant emergencies in shift to handle any type of abnormalities.8. Responsible for healthy and safe operation of 250 MW Unit.9. Active participation in WCM, TPM, 5-S, Quality Circle, Self Maintenance and OHSAS.and in Commercial / Power Trading dept. on matter related to 1. Connectivity with Central Transmission Utility & Bulk Power Transmission.2. Short term / long term open access.3. Long term / Short term sale of power.4. Regulatory affairs, State / Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, WRLDC, WRPC, PGCIL, CSEB & others.5. Monitoring scheduling / dispatch of power, billing, revenue collection and UI account.
