With over 30 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance, I am a leading academic and financial professional with multiple roles. I am currently a professor of finance and accounting at IIM Tiruchirappalli, where I teach, research, and mentor students and faculty on various topics related to financial management, corporate governance, and business ethics. I am also an independent director at TANSIDCO, a state-owned enterprise that promotes and supports small and medium enterprises in Tamil Nadu. In this role, I provide strategic guidance, oversight, and accountability to the board and the management on financial planning, budgeting, auditing, and compliance. My core competencies include financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, risk management, and decision making. I hold a FDP from IIM Ahmedabad, one of the most prestigious business schools in India.
